Hello,
My name is Bianca Simone. I am a proud Haitian and Liberian woman, a mom to a beautiful 3 year old, a creator and educator. I have a hair business called Shop Bianca Simone and love all things beauty and fashion. I have spent some time living other places, but Boston is home.
I started blogging in 2016 and recently made my return after taking an almost 4 year break. I've always loved writing and sharing my journey with others. What originally inspired me to start blogging was my love for people . I wanted people , black women in particular to have a space where they could come and share their stories, while learning from the experiences of others. I desired to build an online supportive community. I wanted people to read raw real life stories that could possibly help them put things into perspective. Relatable content and representation is so needed in all aspects today. If I can continue to provide this for people, then this whole journey will owe me nothing!
I decided to make my come back because I feel ready, and have so much to give! I hope you enjoyed learning a little bit about me.
